“Sfigmos for cardiologists” is a comprehensive but at the same time user-friendly database particularly targeting cardiologists working at their private practice, but can also suit a cardiological clinic. Easy completion of necessary patient information with the use of Automatic Text to suit individual needs. Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE), 24h Holter recording, Stress testing and Stress Echo Testing (either exercise or pharmacological) are comprised as well as patient medication, clinical data and blood testing measurements that concern the cardiologist on everyday practice. Easy access on every examination of a single patient for direct comparison of results. Patient search not only by name but also by phone number. Stress Echo reporting comprises a bulls eye display of all 16 segments of the Left Ventricle for rapid calculation of Wall Motion Score Index. The TTE report displays dimensions of the aorta, both atriums, RV dimensions, RV/LV ratio and usual measurements of LV systolic function providing at the same time plenty of space for description of all chambers and valves. The TTE and Stress Echo reports are printed separately, while the remaining patient information is printed together on a single comprehensive report. The program is particularly useful for cardiologists practicing Stress Echocardiography and has been designed to be the least time consuming together with an experienced cardiologist owning his own private practice for years, who understands well the needs of his colleagues. |
