Double click on the application's tray icon or right click - "Main window".


First of all, check if your dial-up modem is connected to the phone line correctly. Then you should make sure that you have enabled the caller id feature  from your telephony provider company. If it so then ensure that your modem supports this feature too. Refer to the modem documentation or modem manufacturer web-site.

Also, to check if your modem displays the caller id data properly, you can do that with the help of Hyper Terminal (Windows XP).


Follow the instructions in the message. If the problem is still there, try to restart your computer.
